Attorney Serkan ÇAKMAKLI graduated from Marmara University Law School in 2004. Throughout most of his professional career, he has focused on Real Estate Law. Since 2012, he has specialized particularly in Urban Transformation (Kentsel Dönüşüm), providing legal consultancy services both to property owners (condominium unit holders) and leading contracting firms in the industry.

Serving as a speaker at numerous trainings, seminars, and symposiums organized by universities, bar associations, training and consultancy companies, municipalities, and various professional organizations in the field of Real Estate Law, Attorney Serkan ÇAKMAKLI is also among the trainers of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

From 2012 to 2018, as Chief Legal Counsel at Polat Holding A.Ş., Attorney Serkan ÇAKMAKLI managed all the legal processes of the Piyalepaşa İstanbul Project, which is known as the largest private-sector urban transformation project in Turkey. Notably, he has provided legal consultancy to over 100 building-based urban transformation projects in regions such as Kadıköy, Beşiktaş, and Şişli. Moreover, he has offered legal services in some of Turkey’s largest and most valuable area-based urban transformation projects, including Etiler Uçaksavar Sitesi (Teknik Yapı), Fikirtepe (Tepe İnşaat), AND Pastel (AND Gayrimenkul), Antalya Kepez Santral (Suryapı), Nakliye Ambarları (Akzirve), Sarıyer Ferahevler (Pelit İnşaat), Kağıthane (Ege Yapı), Acıbadem Konakları (Bayer Yiğit Partnership), and Balmumcu (Bayraktar Kocadağ).

Within these projects for which he provides consultancy, Attorney Serkan ÇAKMAKLI oversees the monitoring of urban transformation processes, the preparation of management plans, and the resolution of legal disputes arising from condominium ownership, either through amicable settlements or litigation.

Attorney and Mediator Sezgi Cihan BAHADIR graduated from Istanbul Erkek High School in 2003 and from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2009. Currently, as a postgraduate student in the field of Private Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Attorney and Mediator Sezgi Cihan BAHADIR is writing her master’s thesis on “Condominium Law.”

Beginning her legal apprenticeship in 2010 at Saba Özmen Law Partnership, Attorney Sezgi Cihan Bahadır worked for eleven years with Prof. Dr. Etem Saba Özmen, engaging primarily in condominium law and various other areas of real estate law. She has prepared management plans for numerous large-scale residential projects, primarily in Istanbul but also in several other provinces, including İst Marina, AND Pastel, Mesa Koz, Manzara Adalar, DAP Burgu and Tango Kule, Nurol Tower, Bahçeşehir Strada, Rings Istanbul, Alize Kapadokya, and One Tower, as well as Nivo Ataköy among many others. She has also provided legal consultancy to the site managements of many of these projects (such as DAP Rotana Burgu and Tango Kule Arjaan, DAP Rotana Dalga and Vazo Kule Arjaan, Rings Istanbul, AND Pastel, Billurkent Bodrum, and others) and chaired countless condominium owners’ assemblies.

In addition to offering training on Expropriation Law (Kamulaştırma Hukuku) at Bar Associations, Attorney Sezgi Cihan Bahadır currently practices as an independent attorney and also works as a mediator.

Deniz Oğuz was born in 1995. He graduated with honors from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law. After completing his legal internship in our law firm, he received his attorney's license in 2019 and currently works as a lawyer in our firm.

He speaks English and works in the fields of Commercial Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law and Real Estate Law.

Intern Av. Halil İbrahim Özdemir was born in 2000.

He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2024.

He continues his legal internship as a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association.

Intern Av. Ece Melike Kuru was born in 2001.

He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2024. He continues his legal internship as a member of the Istanbul Bar Association.
